o Dedicated member of ADNOCS’s HSE Assurance Program Audit being held on quarterly basis.
o Preparing and maintaing all the 49 KPI’s for 6,000 Manpower as per HSE Assurance Program fro the whole quarter and presenting amd maintaing all the hard and soft records to Auditors.
o Assisting Site Senior HSEM in updating Project HSE Plans as per Client and Company HSE Policy.
o Arranging and conducting Task Specific Risk Assessments sessions with Clients.
o Conducting Site Visits for auditing HSEMS Implementation on projects.
o Conducting Monthly HSE Review Meetings with Project Managers.
o Charing weekly HSE internal meeting, conducting internal/external welfare audits of subordinates & lower tiers.
o Preparing and maintaining action tracking register (ATR) for hazards and near misses reported by site HSE team on daily basis.
o Preparing and maintaining the ATR’s for incident-accidents, audits findings and management walkdowns and sending the corrective action requests for the close out to concerned parties
o Preparing weekly and monthly HSE Statistics and performance reports for head office.
o Conducting Fire & Emergency Drills and reporting the drills.
o Managing HSE Staff Training at Head Office for all new HSE recruits.
o Preparing Incident Notification Reports(INR) & Incident Investigation Reports (IIR)
o Maintaining an HSE Organization chart to aid allocation of HSE personnel on site.
o Document controlling.
o Conducting, updating & maintaining Inspections for Lifting Gears/Electrical DB/Panels/Fire Control Systems, lifting gears and competent persons register for audits and quarterly assurance review both by client and contractor.
o Environmental & Health and Hygiene Inspections and Issues/Concerns reporting to the Senior Management.

o Preparation of all the documents required for ADNOC HSE assurance program (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4) 2017.
o Assisting CPECC’s site construction/operation, HSE Team Leader in HSE Impact Assessment Technical Safety studies, drawings, plans, procedures, PSSR, Project HSE Reviews (PHSER), Construction ability, SIMOPS, HSE Plan, QRA, COMAH, EIA, HAZOP Reviews, HAZID Reviews with close out reports for brown field projects/modifications
o Coordinate with corporate HSE and support Project team on basic issues related to Environmental & Occupational Health issues as well as Construction/ Operation HSE issues
o Ensuring compliances of Engineering/ EPC sub-contractors with Company HSEMS requirements, international standards, risk based assessments and engineering norms.
o Assisting corporate HSE crew in Monthly, Quarterly & annual Internal auditing for HSE of all related plants & project sites
o Ensure the entire permit to work requirements i.e. Hot work, Confined space, Emergency rescue plan, work at height rescue plan(DAY/NIGHT) are met as per client procedures
o Ensuring Internal/External timely inspections (monthly) of all the tools/equipment.
o Road Safety, Traffic Plan, Journey, Fleet Management (ADSD for drivers) & IVMS system & blue key management compliance in vehicles according to ADNOC standards
o Attending & recording management review meetings, raising agenda points & upon successful conduction, circulates MOM with participants for output & target dates.

• Preparing Risk assessments & drilling method statement techniques of 13 drilling rigs at multiple locations all over UAE for major clients like National Drilling Company, UAE & “DEWA”, “SEWA” , “ADFCA” & “ADFSC”.
• Preparing Risk assessments & drilling method techniques for Franks International USA l (client, middle east branch)
• Multiple third party contractors management experience, visitors & daily toolbox meetings induction
• Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Internal auditing for HSE of all branches
• Accident/ Incidents reporting & investigation, working on LTI’s, LTIFR, LTIIC, MTI, LTISR
• Waste management on site with respect to Dubai and Abu-Dhabi standards
