Managing Exports of Company, plan and coordinate the international shipment of goods. During the course of the day, negotiate with a variety of people, such as shippers, agents and vendors, bnaks and are expected to have excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers /buyers also responsible for personnel management, which often includes the hiring, training and supervision of staff.
In accounting function, may keep track of invoices ( Maturity / acceptance) and prepare reports to expedite the billing process, ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the our export industry.
To carry out commercial task including support to Import/Export /Marketing
Explore and develop new business opportunities in overseas market
Identify, communicate and coordinate with overseas buyers and build business relationship with them
Negotiate with international buyer and convince & persuade them to execute sales
To Scrutinize Export Documentary Letter of Credit (under latest version) and expertise in L/C term and condition including Inco-terms.
Proficient in Preparing Export documentation including Contracts, Invoices, Shipping Documents ,Proofreading and follow up for issuance of Letter of Credit from buyers against their Indent.
Scrutinize Export documents and negotiate the same with Bank. Deals all matter independently and dispatch to issuing bank for Payment.
Follow up with banks in respect of document acceptances; maturities & payment realization till export proceeds also arrange agent commission via FTT or issuing FDD from bank.
