In my current role as a MEAL Officer at Human Development Foundation, I have a proven track record of success in managing monitoring and evaluation activities for a range of different programs. Experience
MEAL Officer
Conduct regular monitoring visits to program sites for SCD, Education, Health, WASH, and Livelihood.

Support the development and implementation of program-specific M&E plans for each program.

Assist in organizing program evaluations and learning events for SCD, Education, Health, WASH, and Livelihood.

Working on baseline surveys to collect initial data on project indicators.
Analyze survey data and produced reports to showcase project progress and outcomes.

Collaborate with program and technical staff to integrate M&E findings and recommendations into program planning, decision-making, and reporting processes.
