-Responsible for Electrical installation of new machines.

-To make sure all electrical and mechanical safeties are operational.
-To perform Troubleshooting, Fault Diagnosing & Maintenance of Machines with the team.
-Testing, repairing, installation, Parameterization and Calibration of Electrical/Electronic Equipment and Instruments. (Power Supplies, AC Drives, DC Drives, Motors, Combustion manager (weishaupt), Flame controllers (Siemens LFL, kromschroder), Temperature Controllers, Lovato Multimeters Sensors (Proximity, PT100, pressure transmitter, Pots etc.), Rotary Encoders, Resolvers, I/P Positioners Valve and PLC (Siemens S7-200, S7-300, Mitsubishi) etc.
Fault Diagnosing of Gas buners (maxon and weishaupt)
-Involved in Erection(Electrical Cabling and termination) and Commissioning of new machines.
-To make daily electrical consumption report.
-To make preventive maintenance reports.
-To make indent by using an oracle based software E-Business suit.
-I have been worked as a Service Engineer in Nazer & Co from 05 April 2016 to 10 October 2016.
-Job duties include mechanical, Electrical and instrument Installation/Erection, Commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of Textile Machines of German and Italian Manufacturers.
Operation and Maintenance
-04 Month Experience as a Trainee Engineer in operation and Maintenance in Nagina Cotton’s power House Having capacity of 9.3 MW.
-Monitoring the Operation of GAS Genset (Caterpillar 3520C, Jenbacher 620) and Diesel/Furnace Engine Nigata 6L34HX.
-Calculating the Daily Generation and Consumption of 8 hours and 24 hours.
