ACHIEVEMENTS

Successfully built the capacities of 700 primary school teachers in PD workshop i.e. approximately 30000 students were benefited. (Beaconhouse)
Identified different teaching competencies of the Govt. primary school teacher in 60 schools. (MIED)
Capacity building of 270 PTC members on school management, enrollment, community active involvement, CBBM and record keeping. (SDF)
Need Assessment of 25 schools regarding repair/innovation, construction of class rooms/latrines, electrification and sanitation in Swabi district. (SDF)
Provision of need-based furniture to 25 schools. (SDF)
Established 25 Health and Hygiene Committees. (SDF)
Arranged a Sports Mela in District Swabi. (SDF).
Successfully oriented 200 govt. primary school teachers on health and hygiene, CRM, students active participation, latest pedagogy, school management etc.

Youth Development Institute Swat (YDI) Affiliated with British Council

As a Trainer, I am assigned to train the School teachers effectively, teach the curriculum in English. The teachers are also trained on Curriculum, Lesson Plan, Development of Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing skills, Students Learning Outcomes, Class Room Management and other related topics. The teachers are involved in various group activities during the workshop and their professional and teaching gaps are analyzed and filled. The progress of workshop is reported to the line supervisor on timely basis.
Beside I am assigned to design training modules for teachers as well as for students of YDI regarding enhancement of English language proficiency.

Premier DCL (Diverse Learning Concepts)-A Project of Beaconhouse School System

The government of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa has decided to shift the early grade curriculum from Urdu to English. The project of the Professional Development of Primary School Teachers was awarded to Premier Diverse Learning Concepts-a subsidiary of the Beaconhouse School System. As a Master Trainer, I am assigned to train the Primary School teachers of KP to effectively teach the revised curriculum in English. The teachers are also trained on Curriculum, Lesson Plan, Development of Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing skills, Students Learning Outcomes, Class Room Management and other related topics. The teachers are involved in various group activities during the workshop and their professional and teaching gaps are analyzed and filled. The progress of the five days workshop is reported to the line supervisor on timely basis.
