I have trained over 500 outreach workers and supervisors, introduced digital reporting tools, and streamlined data collection for real-time analysis. My leadership has strengthened service delivery, supply chain management, and logistics under the Global Fund HIV/AIDS and TB initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Program Implementation & Oversight:
Ensure effective execution of HIV prevention and harm reduction services for People Who Inject Drugs (PWIDs) and their partners.
Monitor and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all program sites.
Provide technical assistance and supervision to CoPC+ (Continuum of Prevention, Care, and Support) sites.
Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement:
Establish linkages with public health facilities, ART (Anti-Retroviral Therapy) centers, and Provincial AIDS Control Programs.
Facilitate partnerships with government and non-government organizations for enhanced service delivery.
Represent Nai Zindagi Trust in meetings, conferences, and technical working groups.
Monitoring & Data Management:
Track program targets and analyze performance data for decision-making.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the Nai Zindagi Management Information System (NZMIS).
Identify service delivery gaps and recommend improvements.
Capacity Building & Training:
Design and conduct training programs for staff on HIV/AIDS prevention, harm reduction, and ethical service delivery.
Assess training needs and organize refresher sessions for field teams.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Regularly review and update guidelines, manuals, and monitoring tools to maintain high-quality service standards.
Conduct field visits for quality assessment and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure all program activities comply with funding agency requirements and national policies.
Logistics & Supply Chain Management:
Oversee procurement and distribution of essential supplies, including harm reduction kits and medical commodities.
Coordinate with relevant teams for stock verification and forecasting.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual program reports.
Document best practices and lessons learned for program enhancement.
Support grant reporting and donor communications as needed.
Emergency Response & Problem-Solving:
Address operational challenges affecting service delivery.
Ensure rapid response to emerging public health or security concerns in program areas.
Planning and execution of a scale-up plan to expand specimen transportation services from 6 piloted districts to 113 districts across Pakistan.
SR Capacity building and staff training to use mobile application RIDERS FOR HEALTH to manage specimen transportation and real-time data collection from the field.
Designing and executing mobile application-based GPS mapping of geographical locations of service delivery areas in 45 districts across Pakistan.
Provide technical support to the IT Team in designing, upgrading and managing mobile applications for Biometric devices as a means of verification of daily services delivery to project clients under Global Fund Grant.
Provide technical support to the IT Team in designing, upgrading and managing real-time data in MIS.
Development and execution of monitoring and evaluation mechanisms and plan.
Supervision of project implementation at Sub recipient (SR) and PR level across vast geographical areas
Supervise implementation of needle syringe exchange program activities to be undertaken by the CoPC+ sites as required under the Global Fund Grant – HIV.
Designing and executing mapping of geographical locations of service delivery areas in 45 districts across Pakistan to locate People who Inject Drugs.
Prepare and disperse district-wise targets in close coordination with the PR monitoring team.
Follow up, spot check on-going activities for quality control; prepare periodical reports on the formats provided by the PR.
Review performance reports of sites to ensure that the performance is following the performance expectations outlined in their work plan and in the Performance Framework.
To ensure the proper maintenance of supplies and coordinate with PSM department when needed
Work in close coordination with the monitoring and evaluation officer to verify the data quality, tracking tools and data synthesis in line with the performance indicators – PUDR.
Participate in project related meetings/trainings organized by the PR office as and when required.
Maintain regular liaison with various component heads to ensure smooth implementation of service delivery Maintain networking with other NGOs, CBOs, and Public health care facilities.
Take on any other tasks identified by the PR office that may be necessary to ensure that the Program is implemented effectively, and that Program scheduling is maintained.
Conduct physical monitoring of the project sites as per field monitoring plans and submits comprehensive reports to M&E Manager / Program Director.
To track progress against targets; analyze data sets and making recommendations for enhanced program planning, coordination and management of the project.
To analyze monitoring and evaluation data for inclusion in the quarterly reports to be submitted to the LFA (Local Funding Agent) and the Global Fund.
Develop, revise, and deliver training to site staff on Implementation Services of HIV Prevention and Harm Reduction and Strategies to access maximum targeted Population and train the staff regarding field protocols and organizational mechanism.
Supervise mapping / Rapid Situation Assessment (Identification of clients) for CoPC+ site establishment in terms of spot identification and clients searching through primary and secondary data collection sources.
To maintain the Supporting Documents, Monthly Reports, Contract between Sub Recipients & Principal Recipients, Management Letters and monitoring visit reports.
Monitor projects implementation reports received from SRs and Project sites on regular basis to assure identify missing data or inconsistencies and report back such errors to respective entities.
Other than the monitoring visits, support and follow-up visits are paid to the CoPC sites for smoothness of project activities and achievement of targets in time for better performance
Maintain consolidate record of all types of Stores Inward and Store outward.
Supervision of all types of Loading, Un-Loading, Making of Packing List, Labeling and Case Marking.
Maintain consolidate record of all type of Inventories of Stores (Fortnightly, Monthly and Quarterly).
Work proficiently on all types of data basis like LMIS (Logistics Management Information System) and generate the periodic report on a monthly basis to assess the consumption of stock.
Selecting space for storage and arranging for good to be placed in the designated areas.
Making sure that all inventory processes are completed on the same day.
Labelling & tagging the goods that have arrived at the warehouse.
Monitoring stock levels (Buffer Zones).
Respond to queries regarding status of goods in the warehouse and deliveries as well.
Ensure the warehouse adheres to all safety requirements as per the organizations policy.
Assess the availability of space in the warehouse to ensure that all goods in the warehouse are properly stacked / stored in compliance with organizations procedures.
Managing flow of data and record keeping of inventory procured
Support the work of logistic and Procurement;
Preparing all kinds of financial vouchers
Assists the management related to the traveling claims
Updating files of administration and ensure all necessary documents are placed in files.
To follow up Income Tax payments, Challan Forms and their summary to the Tax Office
