Oversee supplier and vendor contracts.  Ensure that purchases comply with commercial, legal and contractual obligations
Regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements.

• Administration of QA Team activities within the Capacitor Program, the Meter Installation Program and any subsequent engineering tasks within the PESCO area of responsibility.
• Collate data and record all field activities and assist with the preparation of timely and detailed reports.
• Assist with QA activities according to recognized engineering practices and program issued plans and drawings. Special attention is to be given to exploring and identifying suspicion of any local corrupt practices.
• Assist with the routine monitoring and accounting of program issued equipment being installed (for instance monitoring and accounting for the length of cable being installed and security of decommissioned cable and equipment).
• Understand the stores requisition system and assist with the wider security of stores and stores issue & receipt systems.
• Assist with the administration of program vehicles allocated to the task, and other vehicle requirements and movements to match operations.
