Revitalization of Telephone Industries of Pakistan (TIP) [Subsidiary of National Radio & Telecommunication Corporation] owned by Ministry of Defense of Pakistan as a Manager Planning (Budgeting and Cost Control)
In this role, i have established a team that is not only giving services to TIP to revitalize by generating revenues using current machinery but also supporting it in initiating new projects for its sustainable development. My role here is:
• TIP Registration with State Owned Organizations. (Registration Made with NTDC and has acquired an educational order of 500KV and 220KV Transmission Line Towers. (First ever unit established for local production of 500KV TL Towers)
• Costing and Budgeting of the Products for Technical and Financial Bid Response
• Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
• Leading project planning sessions and coordinating staff and internal resources as per contractual terms
• Planning based on forecasting Vs Actual Parameters
• Team building and Conflict Resolution
• Overseeing the Design and proposal of the solution
• Building relationships with co-workers, clients, and strategic partners
• Designing risk mitigation plan and conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
• Providing consultancy for sustainable development and for heading effectively towards organization’s vision

In this role, my area of services includes but not limited to operations and maintenance of different site components including Generators, Batteries, Solar Panels, Site energy requirement, energy auditing and suggestions for proactive maintenance, surprise visits of sites etc.
