Responsibilities:
1.Supervision of infrastructure projects (Roads, Bridges, Culverts, Causeways, Retaining Walls, Storm water & Sewerage network, Water supply network (tube wells & overhead water tanks), Water course lining, flood protection works & building works). The financial worth of the project is 10 million euro.
2.Assist Resident Engineer in detail design, technical specification, BOQs and monitoring and supervision of civil works.
3.Monitoring of procurement process i-e Tender documents preparation, contractors evaluation & selection.
4.Construction management i-e Preparation of work plans in close coordination with client and contractor. To complete the project with in time, allocated budget, scope and efficient utilization of resources.
5.Assist Resident Engineer in conducting monthly meetings with contractors on construction issues and the solution, ensuring maintenance of punch list, follow up meeting and follow up inspection for trouble shooting.
6.Firm compliance of quality control & assurance plans and environment mitigation plan.
7.Looking after all contractual arrangements, payment matters and conflict resolution.

General Duties:
1. Oversee the whole project.
2. Check the bill with BOQ and pay according to work done.
3. Assist Supervisor and other staff at site if they have any problem at site will resolve with partner consent.
4. Arrange meeting with contractors on monthly basis and take progress from them.
5. Assure quality of work on site and frequent visit to site for quality control.
