Monitoring and analyzing team performance using BISP Dashboard. Prepare a report of the project performance to share with BISP authorities, Install and configure Tablets and android applications. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. Solving hardware or software faults. Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues. Manage cash controls as well as maintain bookkeeping up-to-date. Ensure maintenance of the general and subsidiary ledgers.
Field Supervisor
Responsible for the overall the training of the staff members to provide the necessary guidance.Coordinates the field activities so that daily, short term, and long term production objectives can be achieved and also closely monitors the progress of the work. I also be involved in the recruitment process, reviewing and evaluating the performance of the subordinates and makes sure that discipline is being followed on the field.
