Muller (Pvt) Ltd is a new setup and created by merger of to AOPs already working in this field for last 3 years.
I am responsible to build this Company and all its systems from scratch including helping management to switch all exusting production.facilities to Cpec affiliated Industrial.Zone in Faisalabad for which working and document preparation process is started.
I am also responsible to get involved with It Consultant to develop in House ERP for the Company for which working is in.process.
In addition to above I am responsible for plant efficiency, Management Reporting and Human resource Management. 
I am also responsible for Taxation and Corporate Compliance and dealing with government authorities.

AirSial is an emerging Airline of Sialkot Pakistan who just started uts operations in last week of December 2020.
The Company is growing steadily and within days it touched the maximum number of passengers which it can carry as an Airline. 
The Company is though a new one, however due to large number of passengers it is carrying daily transaction flow is enormous, which we have to.manage regularly whike calculating Taxation and Reporting impacts on these transactions.
Further since it is an Airline working across Pakistan, therefore we have to consider impact of all provincial as well as federal laws separately on each transaction executed from.different stations.
Apart from Reporting requirements all tax matters are my sole responsibility being a tax specialist and I report to GM and Director Finance  on Tax matters as an.advisor.
My typical responsibility include.
- Being a Tax Head advising Tax impacts of Transactions to Management.
- Supervising Tax filing and Tax record management process carried by my staff members.
- Managing relationship with Tax department including responding to.their notices.
- Managing and supervising accounting operations and data entry to ERP.
- Supervising Corporate Reporting process including provision of Management Reports and Financial Information to Management.

Fayakoon Group is an emerging group engaged construct, engineering, real estate, trading and filling station businesses.
I have joined this group in jyly 2020 in the capacity of group head of finance with direct reporting to Board of Directors.
Being a group head of finance I was responsible for following functions of the group.

Financial Direction.
Financial Control
Tax and Corporate compliance.
Financial advisory.

Shamim Ghee Industries is a famous local group of local Reigon. The group is engaged in Ghee and Oil Manufacturing activities and currently marketing 2 Brands , Shamim ghee and Lives Oil.

I am.responsible to assist CFO in all accounting, Finance and Operational matters.

Shamim Farms and Poultry Solutions is engaged in poutry farming and poutry equipments business.

The business is at initial stages so I have been appointed to develop a complete Accounting system.including developing SOP\'s and implementating accounting software for the Company. I am managing Accounting department as a Head and reporting directly to CEO.

ZHS is a CA/CPA firm Registered in Ontario since 1995. The firm is run by CA’s of Canada and is operating mainly in Ontario Province. Firm has over 300 clients and is a famous small and medium scale firm of Ontario Province

Currently I am involved in reviewing past audit files and handling accounting, and book keeping assignments of the firm.

My job at here includes,

- Reviewing Previous review and Audit files
Checking Compliance with ASPE (Accounting Standards for Private Entities).
- Performing and supervising Accounting / Book keeping Assignments
- Any other task special assignment.

Overall Supervision and Control of Accounts Department, Assisting Group Director Finance in planning and Budgeting Process, Devising Operating Cash flow Strategy, Supervising the Tax Department in Preparation of Tax Challans and Monthly Tax Returns, Coordinating with Consultants and Tax Authorities during Audits, Inquiries and Assessments Called by Tax Department, Payable Control and Management, Daily Bank and Cash Reconciliation, Project Accounting, CAPEX and OPEX Accounting in accordance with IFRS, Liaison with Banks, Insurance Companies and Auditors, Monthly and Adhoc Management Reporting, Preparation of Financial Statements

As an Audit Incharge, Supervising Overall Performance of Audits, Communicating with Clients Management, Building Effective teams to Execute Audits and Monitoring Progress for efficiency and effectiveness of audit.
