2. Survey Work
a) Survey and Leveling work of the projects, using Auto Levels and Total Station
b) Preparation of x-sections, L-Section and Shop drawings of the projects
3. Quality and Cost Control
a) Monitoring of activities of the project whether they are as per required standards or not
b) Material Testing as per requirement of the project
c) Verifying the quantities and budget claimed by the contractor
4. Project Management
a) Manage the project activities as per work plan
b) Manage the staff duties as per requirement of the project
c) Execution of work as per drawings and specifications but cost effective
d) Budgeting, Billing, Comparative statements and Variation Orders etc as per requirement
e) Correspondence with client, consultants etc as per job nature
