Consulting DHOs and MSs in implementing primary and secondary care large-scale health reforms project in 4 districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa focused on improving infrastructure, medicine, equipment, and HR in health facilities as part of the reforms agenda whereas I managed to Improve infrastructure, medicine and equipment functionality of health facilities up to 95% in Peshawar, Kohat, Mansehra and Battagram in 200+ primary care facilities and 4 secondary care facilities that impacted lives of 10 million+ residents.
Implemented IntraHealth International\'s iHRIS v5.0, an open-source human resource information management system, for a provincial health department in Pakistan consisting of more than 60,000+ health workers. The system helps answer core questions on workforce planning, employee characteristics, and allocation of HR for the provincial leadership.
Implemented Integrated Performance Management System (IPMS) a provincial case reporting system for a provincial health department in Pakistan. The system managed to screen 2 million+ people systematically, helped in implementing smart lockdowns, generating situation reports and sight of provincial health care capacity to Department of Health (DoH) leadership.
Selected in Jazz’s flagship Summer Internship Program (SIP) whereas I assisted operations manager of commercial department of Jazz regional headquarters. I provided in-depth analysis of regional performances, extensive coordination/follow-ups for completion of various KPI’s. I also assisted trade marketing manager in issuance and distribution of marketing, promotional material & stationary in franchises in North region.
