Summary
Seema has over 13 years of professional experience working with development sector. She worked extensively in the field of HR, Community Development,monitoring and training in Public and Private sector. In these entire Projects, her responsibility was organizing the communities, training and capacity building of civil society Organizations (CSOs)in NWFP. In addition to holding awareness raising campaigns and base-line survey, Health and hygiene promotion was another feather in her cap. She was the reicipient of Netherland Fellowship and East-West Center USA Awards in 2008 to 2011. Got recognition as EWC delegate in South Asia for GIST project (Jan-May 2011)
