I secured MSc Public Policy from University of Southampton United Kingdom as Commonwealth Scholar. I also did MSc in Regional and Rural Development Planning from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Bangkok as Netherlands Scholar and Masters in Economics from Government College University (GCU), Lahore.
I have more than 20 years of international development and relief experience while working overseas, in the field and headquarter positions. I possess strong expertise in multi-sectoral development and civil society programs, as well as emergency response in highly complex and disaster settings. My posts and assignments include working in Pakistan, Thailand, Kenya, India, Nepal, UAE, UK, and USA. I developed strong operational skills in strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, change management, program quality, fundraising growth donor diversification, staff development, security, financial management, mentoring and team building. I am also accomplished in external relations including advocacy, public education, diplomacy, and board relations with focus on networking, media, and public speaking experience.
I am currently serving Rural Support Programmes Network (RSPN) as Country Programme Manager - Monitoring and Evaluation. RSPN is the largest development network of Pakistan, with an outreach to over 56.1 million rural population. It consists of nine-member Rural Support Programmes (RSPs) namely, AKRSP, TRDP, SRSO, SRSP, IRM, GBTI, SGA, BRSP and NRSP that have been operating since 1982 across Pakistan. As part of Senior Management Team, I am responsible for ensuring smooth Programme Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning through robust and effective MEAL system across RSPs.
I also served two Rural Support Programmes, namely, Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) as Head of Monitoring and Evaluation, second senior most position in the large-scale organization after CEO. AKRSP is a flagship rural support programme started by Agha Khan Development Network that laid the foundation for the scale up of RSPs model across Pakistan and Asia. I also rendered my services for Punjab Rural Support Program (PRSP) as Programme Manager MEAL and Emergency Response Manager for rescue, recovery, and relief interventions during and after emergencies of Earthquake 2005 and Super Floods 2010.
I also acquired valuable work experience while serving two prestigious and renowned International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs) namely The Plan International and The Brooke as part of senior management team. I was Country Program Manager with The Brooke to serve most marginalized communities having their livelihood dependency on working equine, and Program Unit Manager / Team Leader for Plan International Pakistan for an integrated rural development Child Centered Programme.
My experience while working with The Government of Pakistan and Punjab includes serving as General Manager Monitoring and Evaluation for Punjab Population Innovation Fund. Programme Manager Community Mobilization and Education with mega public sector community based safe drinking water program and as Economic Analyst - Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper Secretariat Ministry of Finance.
I served ICI Pakistan Foundation / Limited as Programme Manager Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Affairs and acquired in depth work experience regarding Corporate Philanthropy by a large-scale industrial entity for community development.
I also served as Project Head for Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) Youth Business Incubation Impact Challenge - School of Education. My experience in teaching and research add in serving Government College University (GCU), Lahore and Beaconhouse National University as Lecturer - Economics and Research Associate with Institute of Public Policy.

Head of Monitoring and Evaluation
As part of Senior Management Team Head of Monitoring and Evaluation is responsible to ensure smooth Programme Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning cycle through robust and effective M&E system. M&E head is also responsible to ensure smooth and result oriented implementation of a Mega Multisectoral Rural Development Programme that spreads around 11 Districts with a budget portfolio of around 65 billion US $ while working with multiple stakeholders within and outside the country. Incumbent is also a lead to explore and implement innovative and sustainable development interventions targeted towards poverty reduction and socio-economic uplift of the targeted communities.
Manager Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Affairs
Incumbent looks after larger CSR Programme and Community Relations strategy that includes large integrated community development programme inclduing but not limited to; Education, Health, MNCH Clinic, Monthly Eye Camps, Community Welfare Water Project, Project Green, Ladies Welfare Center, Youth Engagement Programme, Vocational and Technical Skills Training and other community physical infrastructure projects and activities. CSR lead also maintain close contact with key government and other stakeholders. Monitoring and Evaluation of CSR projects and activities. Annual reporting and coordination with Corporate Communication and Public Affairs team. Liaison and regular meetings with business stakeholders including media and senior government officials.

Program Manager Community Mobilization and Education
Incumbent is responsible to manage the entire community mobilization and education department of the company targeting 36 districts of the entire Punjab Province. Eight regional managers and district officers including Social Mobilization Partners technically report to the position holder. Position also includes partnership management of eight social mobilization consultants for the said department including partnership management, monitoring and evaluation of the program, social mobilization strategy and coordination of the entire program component being provincial head.
