Duties:• Generation of Inspection Requests (IR’S) of all Civil and Architectural work with coordination of consultant and site representative.• Assisting in day to day inspections and closure of daily IR’S with coordination of• Review and get approval by consultant of documentation submitted by contractor i.e. materials submittals, method statements, ITP of project work items, check lists and QA/QC procedures.• Generating of Internal Site Observation Reports (SOR) and Non Conformity Report (NCR) and closure of SOR and NCR generated by Consultant with coordination of concerned discipline.• Maintaining of Civil IR’s Log and Tracking of on-going and remaining Civil and Architectural work for monthly IPC.• Preparation of Snag List formats.
