Summary
I have 11 Plus years extensive and progressively reflective work experience in development sector with 2 years specifically in Monitoring and Evaluation M&E. And 4 years specifically in Program Officer with TRDP Org. I have demonstrated competencies of envisioning, planning, coordinating, evaluating and researching education and development projects at regional and national level. I have in-depth knowledge of administration and results framework, field based monitoring, designing of monitoring evaluation mechanisms, using participatory approach, planning of surveys, efficient planning, useful and adoptable data analysis, data management, data visualization and descriptive analysis reports.

District Moitoring Officer
Where my duties were,
Conduct assessments of nursing programs and students to ensure compliance with established standards and benchmarks

Provide support and guidance to faculty and students to enhance teaching and learning

HDL Coordinator
Where my duties were,
Establish liaison with the District Health Officer and district coordinators for TB, MNCH, DHIS2, and other related staff at DHO office.
Organize and participate in project review and coordination meetings with stakeholders.
Support in developing micro-plan for mobile health unit in consultation with the unit medical officer, the district TB and MNCH coordinators, representative of NGO implementing partner and other stakeholders in the district.
Support to ensure correct entry of data on field activities, and review for data quality on daily basis.
Supervise field activities and share regular report on performance of staff and achievement of targets on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis using prescribed formats.
Take pictures of project activities according to approved protocol and share with Contech and JSI designated staff.
Coordinate with unit medical officer, representative of NGO implementing partner and other stakeholders for ensuring presence of targeted clients and provide necessary support for successful field visits of mobile unit, and perform any other assigned project related activity.
