My strength includes a solution-oriented approach, Critical Thinking, being Focused, being a Team player, a good communicator, a Good Counselor and a good learner.

I am always keen to expand my professional horizons by seeking and meeting new challenges in the HR world. During my career, I have developed and applied several strategies, which resulted in training, cost reduction, the better quality of personnel I hired, an increase in the efficiency of the employees, and expansion of the Human Resource Department. Also implemented different techniques in HR including, job performance analysis, manpower planning, performance management system, talent acquisition, hiring, succession planning, employees motivation, and legal domain as per the Law.
