Monitoring and Evaluation Section
Field monitoring to assess the extent of progress, relevance of activities, process efficiency, quality and completeness of immediate outputs primarily focusing relevance, targeting and the beneficiary selection.

Supervise, guide and provide technical support to district M&E officers and the technical staff in developing monitoring and reporting checklists for effectiveness in programme interventions.
Regular compilation of field monitoring information and generation of programme monitoring information for Programme manager and M&E Head office.
Preparation of consolidated programme monitoring reports and providing feedback, guidance and recommendations to the programme implementation staff of SUCCESS for necessary corrections and improvements.
Ensuring that project implementation remains consistent with its logic model.
Objectively assessing, verifying and reporting on the state of progress claimed by the implementation team based on verifiable evidence.

Coordinate, and facilitate the poverty score card survey and other programme related end line and baseline and institutional maturity surveys and assessment studies.
Implementation and coordination of communication, advocacy and visibility related activities.
Coordinate photography, graphic design, audio/video production, and social media activities for the event as required.
Additionally, responsible for the Adult Literacy and Numeracy Skills component implemented through a service provider. Around 19,403 females successfully completed their eight months course (Alternative Learning Package A) from this intervention.

Coordinate with the Project Coordinator for effective implementation of the CBDRM activities.
Assist Project Coordinator in developing operational plans on a weekly and monthly basis, reviewing activities periodically, to ensure that project expenditures are used within limits and guidelines approved by the Manager DPMU.
Develop progress reports periodically to the line manager, in order to ensure the provision of accurate and updated information.
Assist mobilization Team and communities in identifying CBDRM activities e.g. Early Warning, Hazard Mapping, for community members, and also engage children and youth in suitable engagement/participation sessions through meetings and sessions.
Facilitate the process of community mobilization and formation of the Village Disaster Management Committee.
Supervise and Conduct Capacity building programs at the community level for VDMCs and also cover Hazard, Risk, Vulnerability, and Capacity assessment.
Facilitate and provide technical support to the Village Disaster Management Committees in conducting Hazard, Vulnerability, and Capacity Assessment and also develop reports.
Work with Village Disaster Management Committees to come up with Community Based Disaster Management Plans (CBDRMP)
Facilitate VDMC in small-level mitigation projects as identified in CBDRM plans.
Ensure that CBDRM is implemented effectively in good quality standards and ensure consistency of the work in accordance with the program goal and objectives.
Develop, maintain and improve work coordination and linkages with local key partners (community, NGO, international bodies, and DM Authorities), to ensure the successful implementation of the project activities.

To strengthen and enhance the children\'s organizations and create networking to District Children Forum.
Responsible to liaise with the Social welfare department for activation of DCCWD.
Prepare Profiles for data collection regarding all educational activities.
To monitor and strengthen the Non-Formal Education centers (NFEC).
Responsible to ensure the establishment of the tuition center for secondary education.
Develop and get a signed MoU with the Education department regarding educational interventions.
Responsible for proper implementation of support for students for secondary education.
Responsible for planning & to carry the enrollment campaigns for non-going school children
Hold Training/refreshers for teachers.
Prepare and implement primary and secondary school improvement plans through SMCs.
Plan to Provide WATSAN facilities to schools.
Responsible to have a dialogue with the government & community for the reopening of non-functional schools.

To implement and monitor the overall activities of the project
Responsible to ensure smooth implementation, and monitor all of the project activities of the respective districts.
Responsible to guide/support child protection monitors and child facilitators working with, caretakers and duty bearers in the implementation of the project activities.
Responsible to share the issues with the protection and child protection cluster and link the other social services.
Responsible to liaise with the Social welfare department and referring the missing children’s cases to the Social Welfare department & TRDP Child Protection Cell.
Responsible to handle the protection Cases.
Responsible to ensure a smooth collection of the required data and compilation at the district level and reporting to CP Cell.
