Own process for managing new product updates and launches on the Web Store.• Support product launches on the web store including content, imagery, pricing etc.• Contribute to web store related promotional campaign activities designed toincrease sales.• Collaborate with IT on feature and functionally improvements to the web store.• Manage web store performance reporting (e.g. weekly revenue forecasting andother sales related reporting.)• Update inventory on all market places and maintain large online productcatalogues.• Ensure customer order are fulfilled in a timely, precise manner and properlyrecorded.• Run day to day business operations of e-commerce fulfillment by reviewing openorders and collaboration with team to get orders out.• Evaluate Logistics and Shipping partners and surface exceptions and issues to thecorrect parties for resolution.• Co-ordinate with courier shipping and follow-ups.• Work with our Supply Chain team and category managers on improving backorder,replacements and order exceptions to pro-actively prevent order issues.• Track defects and develop full reconciliation of open orders to understand rootcause.• Partner with customer service team to understand consumer pain points and workon initiatives to improve customer experience.• Work on relevant tasks assigned by management from time to time.• Any other task assigned as and when required
