Maintaining daily production of ethanol (rectified spirit, low grade spirit and fusal oil).

Assuring availability of process utilities before time (power, process water, cooling water, process air, instrument air, steam) by keeping coordination with the Boiler, Effluent treatment Plant (ETP) and generator workforce.

Maintaining safe operation of complete process plant and maintaining daily process log.

Maintaining and producing daily production, sale and stock, production transfer and molasses stock reports.

Complete maintenance and cleaning of the plant during annual shutdown.

Assuring safety and taking precautionary measures to minimize hazards and accidents during maintenance and fabrication work.

Stock taking of process chemicals and Housekeeping.

Internal ISO audit

Checking and maintaining fire safety equipments.

Controlling pre-fermentation and fermentation sections for better product yields and assuring the application of process standards and product quality standards. Material balancing for ethanol production, minimizing raw material losses during production.

Stock taking and managing material in store for consumption requirements
