Administer working of project team in all phases of projects.


Develop various project plans and ensure optimal quality of all projects and prepare schedule for same and manage all technical resources.

Maintain knowledge of all team members work responsibilities and ensure adherence to same and manage all communication with program stakeholders.
Evaluate and prepare reports for all recommended changes and recommend changes to clients or provide alternatives.
Managing and Conducting daily standup\'s and Retrospects for better work allignment.
Create Mockups of application screens and communicate them to contracted design company.
Jira Ticket management and updates on daily basis with sprint burndown charts and backlog management.

• Managing timely implementation of deliverables, while keeping stakeholders updated.• Bridging between clients and the development team to ensure a smooth transition.• Coordinating with Support and Help desk teams to always cater to client needs.• Developing project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.• Project planning and setting rational deadlines.• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.• Training people for the written processes and policies.• Managing day-to-day aspects of the project, effort logging, and reporting.

Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope.
Assist in documentation of projectfrom initiation till delivery, ensuring technical feasibility. ·

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. ·
Manage change request by client and its effects on project delivery schedule and project cost. ·
Resolve resource issues on production floor regarding project understanding.
Manage professional relationship with client and update them on project progress and blockers if any. ·
Perform risk management to minimize project risks. ·
Assigning project tasks based on individual’s technical knowledge, skill sets and experience levels. ·
Track project deliverables, performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and longterm goals ·
Develop comprehensive project plans and project walkthrough guides to be shared with clients as well as other staff members. ·
Perform other related duties as assigned by Project Manager. ·
Develop spreadsheets and process maps as per project needs
