In IT industry, every new product/Feature/Enhancement or service is created in response to a business need and to make their facilitation efficient. However, despite spending tremendous time and resources on development, there can be a mismatch between the required product and the final product. Hence, there is always a need for a focused and detailed requirements analysis in the early stages of any project to avoid major problems in the future. This is why I follow this requirement analysis routine which is a significant and an essential activity after elicitation.

So basically my responsibility includes:
• Analyze and document recommendations, functional & non-functional
requirements along with workflows, UMLs, Wireframes and Mockups.
• Interview and manage various business stakeholders to solicit feedback on areas and requirements
most important to them.
• Document and communicate requirements, test cases and scenarios by using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Identify and communicate areas for improvement, efficiency, and collaboration.
• Clearly articulate business requirements at a detailed technical level to developers and quality
assurance team members
• Write test plans, to support Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Test areas.
• Facilitate/participate in technical design sessions to come up with solutions for the defined business
requirements.
• Coordinate internal project-related activities within and across teams.
• Requirement capturing and logical structuring of a work backlog (Initiatives, Epics, Stories).
• Participate in Agile development and sprint planning, backlog grooming, feature prioritization,
technical reviews, bug triaging, quality assurance and user acceptance testing with the product owner
and project manager to make sure we cover every technical aspect.
• Communicate overall project status to business partners.
• UAT for smooth business process transition and act as a liaison between business users and
development team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide facilitation to WeBOC system regarding advancement and amendments according to government rules.

-Generates Business proposal, function scope, Software specification Requirement and Business requirement specification documents.
- Change request form facilitations to collectorates all over Pakistan.
- Change management, end user training, UAT for smooth business process transition and act as a liaison between business users and development team.
-Risk analysis and management, uncover areas for improvement, maintain Project Documentation.
