My Project & Work Experience

 Working as an R&D specialist in a market leader of PCB manufacturing industry in the middle east my essential responsibility is to make LED lighting projects from low power spot lights up to high power street light projects.  I work on the latest technology that is used for lighting applications to be more efficient without flickering, good Power-factor lower THD.  After the completion of research, I have to plan the power modules such as LED driver, LED panels, selection of electronic components for the design to be more compact & cost effective  I have to design circuits and PCB for the projects, usually designed in Eagle-CAD.  I work also in instrumentation & testing section of R&D department also where I have to test for newly design products.  I am involved in operating machines such as Thermal-Chamber, Spectra-Radiometer, High Voltage Withstand device, LED-driver & testing machines, Insulation-Resistance Testing devices.  Maintenance job of the machines is also done by me.  I am also involved in Systems Engineering Unit of the company, where I have to work on Embedded Systems such as Queue systems/ Dot-matrix displays/ Vehicle detection systems & some other projects from customer.  The company works also for Saudi-military, for this we do reverse engineering of the already existing advanced systems and then we suggest them with newer & more efficient technology used today.  Have supervised and managed many projects whenever there was a request of mass production from our customers.
