Ensure effective execution of cycle planning activities. Along with ensuring that all stakeholders exactly know all the cycle planning activities that are going on, Cycle Planning Executive will also be responsible for effective execution of activities in trade.
Effective Pre-Post analysis of activities. Effective tool needs to be developed to calculate the ROI/OG of an activity. Target of every activity is to increase sales and drive volumes and CPE has to conduct analysis to see if a particular activity has been effective or not.
Responsible for the execution of the Channel Category plans at the Outlets as per the channel and category prioritization.
Responsible to provide quality and on-time information. Demand forecast by customer/distributor, report on market Intelligence, competitor activities, New Launches/ Re-Launches etc.
Coach, motivate and develop Distributors and Nestle direct sales force. Training of Nestle distributor staff.
