Steer Marketeer Affiliates, a division of Steer Marketing, is seeking a Performance and Affiliate Marketing Manager to join their team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site role offers a six-hour workday with weekends off. The company is a leading digital marketing agency and affiliate network specializing in home improvement and solar sectors. It focuses on delivering measurable growth through trusted and transparent marketing solutions, supporting affiliates with competitive payouts and high-quality lead generation for in-house offers. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding affiliate programs while working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and scale affiliate programs by recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, optimize offers, and negotiate payout structures to maximize profitability.
- Ensure traffic quality aligns with advertiser requirements and maintain compliance standards.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to synchronize promotional strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Explore and establish new channels and partnerships to increase revenue and return on investment (ROI).
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and support long-term growth for both affiliates and advertisers.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
