Digital Auxilius is looking for a skilled Performance Marketer to join their team onsite in Karachi. This full-time role involves managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and X (Twitter). The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of analytical skills and creative strategy to drive lead generation, maximize return on investment (ROI), and deliver measurable business results. Experience in conversion optimization, retargeting campaigns, marketing automation, and reporting dashboards is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Develop strategies to maximize ROI, reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC), and increase lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate closely with content and design teams to ensure ads align with brand messaging.
- Implement retargeting strategies to nurture leads and enhance funnel efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to maintain cost efficiency.
- Support email marketing and automation campaigns focused on lead nurturing and customer retention.
- Create and maintain detailed performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Build dashboards and automated reporting systems using tools such as Google Data Studio, Looker, Power BI, or Excel.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid campaign management.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns with measurable improvements in ROI.
- Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other tracking platforms.
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, attribution models, and reporting dashboards.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Self-starter with excellent project management and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
