Performance Marketer

Lakhani Builders is seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to join their marketing team in Karachi, with flexibility on the work location. This role focuses on driving the discovery of luxury real estate projects through paid digital channels, converting advertising investments into qualified leads, site visits, and confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of campaign performance and contribute directly to the growth of prestigious developments such as Lakhani Sky Homes and Lakhani Presidency.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, and YouTube.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maintain cost per qualified lead within target ranges.
- Conduct A/B testing on audiences, landing pages, and creative assets to improve campaign results.
- Implement conversion tracking and integrate CRM systems for accurate reporting and lead management.
- Prepare and present clear weekly and monthly performance reports to sales teams and senior leadership.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Demonstrated success in generating real estate leads specifically within the Karachi market.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Ability to provide data-backed examples of past campaign performance.
- Understanding of the behavior and expectations of high-ticket property buyers, including techniques to qualify serious enquiries effectively.
