Performance Marketer

Naheed is seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms to drive sales, conversions, and customer acquisition. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Spotify, and other relevant channels.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve sales targets, conversions, return on ad spend (ROAS), and other performance goals.
- Monitor budgets, bids, audience segments, placements, and creative performance to ensure campaign efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience targeting, landing pages, and campaign structures to identify the best-performing elements.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with creative, e-commerce, and analytics teams to improve overall campaign effectiveness.
- Track campaign performance using platform dashboards, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and other measurement tools.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, attribution models, conversion tracking, and remarketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with advanced skills in Excel and performance reporting.
- Experience working in e-commerce, retail, or consumer brand environments is preferred.
- Location: Karachi.
- This is an in-person role.

Compensation
- Monthly salary starting from Rs 60,000.
