The Performance Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based at Usermaven’s office in Islamabad. This internship offers hands-on experience in planning, executing, and monitoring digital performance campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social, and display advertising. The intern will assist in collecting and analyzing campaign data, tracking key performance metrics, and preparing regular reports to support campaign optimization. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing team, contributing to A/B testing efforts, supporting budget and bid adjustments, and ensuring accurate tracking within analytics and attribution tools. This role provides valuable exposure to performance marketing within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including paid search, paid social, and display advertising.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret campaign data to track performance and identify trends.
- Prepare regular performance reports to inform optimization strategies and decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to support A/B testing and experimentation on ad creatives and audience segments.
- Support budget management and bid adjustments to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure accurate implementation and tracking within analytics and attribution platforms.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while adapting to a dynamic work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and identify actionable insights.
- Clear and effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and present findings.
- Understanding of performance management principles, including monitoring KPIs and supporting campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with performance testing methodologies such as A/B testing and experimentation.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience working with spreadsheets or business intelligence tools to organize and visualize data.
- Ability to work on-site in Islamabad and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
