The Performance Marketing Manager role is based in Bahria Town, Lahore, offering a full-time, on-site position with working hours from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The salary range for this position is between PKR 100,000 and PKR 200,000 per month. We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented professional with 4 to 5 years of experience in performance or digital marketing to lead and optimize paid digital campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign strategy, data analysis, and conversion optimization, driving measurable growth and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor key performance indicators including campaign budgets, conversions, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), CPL (Cost Per Lead), and other essential metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, target audiences, landing pages, and campaign tactics to enhance effectiveness.
- Analyze marketing data and generate regular performance reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize campaign impact.
- Collaborate closely with content, design, sales, and business development teams to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Continuously experiment with new strategies, channels, and targeting methods to improve campaign results.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
- Demonstrated experience managing paid campaigns focused on lead generation or revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of key digital marketing metrics such as CPC (Cost Per Click), CPM (Cost Per Mille), CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and campaign attribution models.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
