The Performance Marketing Manager role is based in Bahria Town, Lahore, offering a full-time, on-site position with working hours from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The salary range for this position is between PKR 100,000 to PKR 200,000 per month. We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented professional with 4 to 5 years of experience in performance or digital marketing to lead and optimize paid campaigns across various platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving campaign strategy, analyzing data, and improving conversion rates to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Monitor key performance indicators including campaign budgets, conversions, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and CPL (Cost Per Lead).
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, landing pages, and campaign approaches to enhance effectiveness.
- Analyze marketing data and generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets efficiently to maximize marketing ROI.
- Collaborate closely with content, design, sales, and business development teams to boost lead generation and conversion rates.
- Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and market research to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Continuously experiment with new strategies, channels, and targeting methods to improve campaign outcomes.
- Stay current with the latest trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage paid campaigns that deliver measurable lead generation or revenue growth.
- Solid understanding of key digital marketing metrics such as CPC (Cost Per Click), CPM (Cost Per Mille), CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and campaign attribution models.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting performance targets.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
