Performance Marketing Officer

This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving online sales, customer acquisition, and overall revenue growth. The focus is on managing advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, while leveraging CRM tools to analyze campaign performance and enhance customer engagement. The position requires close collaboration with the E-commerce team to implement effective performance marketing strategies that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to optimize results and improve customer engagement.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer data and support targeted marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the E-commerce team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to maximize return on investment for digital advertising spend.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, particularly in managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and CRM software tools.
