Startstorez is seeking a dedicated Performance Marketing Executive with proven expertise in managing Meta and TikTok advertising campaigns, specifically within the eCommerce space. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience optimizing ads on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, along with managing Shopify integrations and tracking tools. This full-time, on-site role is based in Garden East, Karachi, with working hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. The salary range is PKR 15,000 to 30,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms.
- Handle Shopify integrations, including Meta Shop, TikTok Shop, and the implementation of tracking pixels.
- Enhance sales performance, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, manage advertising budgets, and execute retargeting strategies.
- Monitor campaign metrics closely and prepare detailed performance reports for review.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads platforms.
- Strong understanding of Shopify and eCommerce marketing dynamics.
- Proficient in conversion tracking, pixel setup, and managing product catalogs.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and implement strategies to improve outcomes.
Mandatory Portfolio Requirements:
Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing three recent campaigns from the past six months. Each example should include:
- Advertising spend alongside sales or revenue generated.
- ROAS or Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)/Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) results.
- Relevant screenshots from Ads Manager or detailed performance reports.
