Job Description Performance Marketer | Lakhani Builders

About the role Join our marketing team and own how buyers discover our luxury projects through paid channels, turning ad spend into qualified enquiries, site visits and bookings. What you will do- Plan, run and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google and YouTube
- Manage budgets and keep cost per qualified lead on target
- Test audiences, landing pages and creatives
- Set up conversion tracking and CRM-linked reporting
- Share clear weekly and monthly reports with sales and leadership
- 4+ years in performance marketing
- Proven Karachi real estate lead generation experience
- Strong command of Meta Business Manager, Google Ads and GA4
- Past campaigns you can back with numbers
- An understanding of high-ticket buyers and how to filter serious enquiries
