We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Creative Director. This role involves managing daily schedules, coordinating with clients and internal teams, handling meetings, and following up on projects and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a professional demeanor to ensure seamless coordination and efficient workflow within a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Creative Director’s daily calendar, appointments, and schedule.
- Organize and coordinate meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Handle daily reminders, prioritize tasks, and ensure important follow-ups are completed.
- Communicate project timelines, deadlines, and updates to clients effectively.
- Follow up with clients regarding approvals, feedback, and revisions.
- Track ongoing projects, pending approvals, and critical deadlines.
- Maintain smooth communication between the Creative Director, clients, and internal teams.
- Professionally manage calls, messages, emails, and other correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal and business information.
- Assist with routine administrative and coordination tasks.
- Organize documents, meeting notes, and relevant records systematically.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and completion of assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.
- Effective follow-up and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Calm and composed under pressure.
- Professional and presentable personality.
- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented approach.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital communication tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, Client Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a creative agency, design studio, fashion, media, or a similar environment will be considered an advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.
- Full-time position based onsite at Korangi, Karachi.
- Working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, during the morning shift.
