We are seeking a well-presented, confident, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director (MD) with executive, administrative, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, strong follow-up abilities, and the capacity to handle confidential matters with discretion. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a polished and proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and calendar coordination.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
- Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and communications on behalf of the MD when required.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, important matters, assignments, and follow-ups.
- Liaise with department heads and employees to communicate tasks and instructions assigned by the MD.
- Follow up on pending tasks and provide timely updates to the MD.
- Serve as a professional point of contact between the MD and employees, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with business-related documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, and other logistics as needed.
- Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and requests based on urgency and importance.
- Ensure the MD is well-prepared for meetings by arranging relevant documents and information in advance.
- Maintain organized records of important documents and correspondence.
- Handle day-to-day administrative matters and provide general support as required by the MD.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, or in a similar role.
- Well-presented, professionally groomed, confident, and pleasant personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to follow up and coordinate tasks effectively.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs75,000. This is an in-person role, requiring the candidate to work on-site.
