Personal Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced personal driver to provide safe and punctual transportation for the Chairman during both official and personal engagements. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Northern routes, including Murree, Naran, Swat, and Gilgit-Baltistan, and be comfortable with frequent outstation travel and multi-day trips. This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain the vehicle in excellent condition at all times.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely drive the Chairman to various destinations, ensuring timely arrivals for all official and personal visits.
- Undertake frequent trips to Northern areas, demonstrating strong familiarity with routes and road conditions.
- Accommodate overnight stays and extended travel periods as required.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition, performing basic maintenance checks and promptly reporting any issues.
- Plan routes in advance to optimize travel time and efficiency.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding the Chairman’s schedule, movements, and personal matters.
- Assist with luggage handling, errands, and other logistical support during travel.
- Ensure all vehicle documentation, including licenses and permits, are current and valid.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols consistently.

Required Qualifications

- Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a personal driver, preferably for senior executives or high-profile individuals.
- Proven ability to drive luxury vehicles such as Lexus, MG, and Land Cruiser models.
- Strong knowledge of Northern routes and experience with outstation travel.
- Willingness to travel frequently and stay outstation for extended periods when necessary.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, discipline, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Physically fit to handle long hours of driving and related duties.
- Good communication skills and proper etiquette when interacting with the Chairman’s guests.

Working Hours and Compensation

The position offers flexible working hours aligned with the Chairman’s schedule, including travel and outstation days. The monthly salary starts from Rs40,000. The role requires in-person presence and readiness to adapt to varying travel demands.
