The role involves providing confidential and professional personal assistant support to the Chairman, working directly with him to manage both internal and external activities. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and coordinate the Chairman’s daily schedule and commitments.
- Arrange and organize appointments and meetings on behalf of the Chairman.
- Prepare correspondence and other documentation as requested by the Chairman.
- Advise the Chairman on upcoming internal and external tasks and priorities.
- Manage all logistical arrangements, including travel planning for the Chairman.
- Respond promptly and accurately to all enquiries directed to the Chairman, using initiative and discretion.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and external contacts to ensure smooth communication.
- Conduct independent research on confidential, sensitive, and restricted information as required for various projects.
- Assist in preparing detailed itineraries for both international and domestic travel, coordinating all related arrangements for visits involving the Chairman.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Chairman or relevant authorities as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline from a reputable institution or university. An MBA qualification is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within academic institutions or related fields.
- Strong drafting skills and the ability to produce clear, professional written communication.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and pay close attention to detail.
- Superior verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
- Maximum age limit of 40 years.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working in senior secretariat or personal assistant roles is highly desirable.
- The position is full-time and based in Karachi, specifically at I.I. Chundrigar Road.
- Salary range is Rs130,000 to Rs150,000 per month.
- The role requires in-person attendance at the work location.
