We are seeking a skilled PET Injection Moulding Machine Operator to join our plastic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring PET injection moulding machines specifically used in the production of PET preforms. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to work safely and efficiently within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate PET injection moulding machines with efficiency and safety as a priority.
- Continuously monitor machine operation and production output to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure that PET preforms meet the required quality standards throughout the production process.
- Adjust and monitor machine settings and production parameters as needed.
- Identify, report, and assist in resolving any machine or production-related issues promptly.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine quality checks during production to maintain product consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards in the machine operating area.
- Follow production targets, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols strictly.
- Collaborate effectively with the Production Supervisor and Maintenance team when necessary to ensure optimal machine performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating PET injection moulding machines.
- Practical understanding of PET preform production processes, including knowledge of machine settings and production workflows.
- Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve common machine and production issues.
- Ability to recognize quality defects and production inconsistencies.
- Responsible, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in plastic manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Salary will be commensurate with experience and skill level, ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs60,000 per month.
- This position requires in-person attendance at the work location.
