Our client, Al Waqar Trading Company, is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative based in Rawalpindi. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, medical distributors, and healthcare providers. The position requires a strong background in customer relationship management and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical and medical products. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in sales or marketing within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on meeting sales targets and negotiating effectively. This role involves independent work, regular travel within the assigned territory, and building lasting relationships with clients, including government hospitals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
- Present and promote a comprehensive portfolio of pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions, manage sales pipelines, and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct accurate sales forecasting and manage the assigned territory to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Plan and execute sales activities, including scheduling customer visits, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to maximize sales and profitability.
- Participate in promotional activities and product training to stay informed about industry trends and new product developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery according to customer needs.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Travel regularly within the assigned territory to engage customers, support product launches, and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Develop a thorough understanding of government hospital procurement processes and maintain strong relationships to facilitate sales.
- Work independently with a high level of self-motivation to consistently achieve assigned sales goals.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in sales, marketing, healthcare, or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical products.
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
