Pharmacist IV Dilution

We are seeking a dedicated Pharm-D professional with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, particularly with hands-on exposure to IV Dilution processes. The ideal candidate should be adaptable and willing to work evening shifts to meet operational needs. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Karachi, and candidates must either reliably commute or be prepared to relocate prior to starting employment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform IV Dilution tasks accurately and efficiently, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Manage and prepare intravenous medications in compliance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely and precise delivery of pharmaceutical services.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to IV preparation and other pharmacy operations.
- Follow all regulatory guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Adapt to shift schedules, including evening hours, to support continuous pharmacy operations.

Required Qualifications
- Pharm-D degree from an accredited institution.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience, specifically involving IV Dilution.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts as required.
- Ability to reliably commute to Karachi or willingness to relocate before the start date.
