Skin Version Dermatology & Aesthetic Clinic, located in DHA Phase 8, Karachi, is seeking a qualified and responsible Pharmacist to join their team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all medication-related operations within the clinic, ensuring the proper handling, storage, dispensing, and documentation of medicines and clinic products. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to regulatory standards, and effective coordination with medical staff to support patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory of medicines and medical products to ensure availability and prevent shortages.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines in compliance with required standards to maintain efficacy and safety.
- Dispense medicines accurately as prescribed by authorized doctors.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of medicines, stock levels, purchases, and expiry dates to support inventory control.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely reordering of medicines and supplies to avoid disruptions.
- Inspect incoming stock for quantity, quality, and expiry dates to ensure compliance with clinic standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for controlled and prescription medicines as applicable.
- Collaborate with doctors and clinic staff regarding medication requirements and updates.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy and healthcare regulations to uphold legal and ethical standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the pharmacy and storage areas.
- Assist management with procurement and vendor coordination when necessary to support clinic operations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the relevant pharmacy authority.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy or related healthcare settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medicines, medical supplies, inventory management, and pharmacy procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic inventory or record-keeping systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
