Digital Imaging Systems is a leading healthcare company specializing in cardiovascular devices. As the sole distributor for M/s Abbott Vascular (USA/Europe) and M/s Philips (USA/Europe) in Pakistan, we supply our products to major cardiac institutes across the country. Key Responsibilities
The role primarily focuses on marketing and sales support, involving coordination, documentation, and communication tasks. Responsibilities include coordinating with hospitals and sales staff to ensure timely availability of necessary documents for institutional sales. You will support marketing efforts by providing accurate product information, features, and updates for promotional activities. Assisting the sales team with product details, regulatory documents, and technical support for hospital clients is essential. Preparing and organizing tender-related documents such as product registration certificates, technical sheets, and compliance forms will be part of your duties. Maintaining communication with the Sales & Marketing team regarding product availability, stock status, and regulatory updates is critical. You will also assist in inventory management by maintaining accurate stock records and monitoring stock levels of medical devices. Handling documentation for damaged devices and managing Viper Form reporting is required. Coordination with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of products is expected. Additionally, you will support day-to-day office tasks related to product data, filing, and documentation, and assist with other relevant office duties as needed.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have at least one year of professional experience to effectively integrate into the role. A Doctor of Pharmacy (D-Pharm) degree is required, with an MBA considered a preferred qualification. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in inventory management systems. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are critical for success. Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and safety standards is also necessary.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
An MBA qualification is preferred and will be considered an advantage. The position offers a competitive salary package based on qualifications and experience. The job is full-time and based in Peshawar City. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate to Peshawar before starting work. The work location is in person, ensuring close coordination with the team and clients.
