Pharmacist (Pharm-D)

D. Marina is an expanding retail company with multiple branches specializing in cosmetics and pharmacy products, along with its own perfume brand, Originals by D. Marina. We are currently seeking a qualified Pharm-D graduate to join our pharmacy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing pharmacy operations and delivering high-quality service to our customers in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medicines accurately in accordance with prescriptions.
- Counsel customers on the correct use, dosage, and potential side effects of medications.
- Manage pharmacy stock, conduct expiry date checks, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure full compliance with DRAP regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked pharmacy environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and professionally handle customer queries.

Required Qualifications:
- Pharm-D degree from a recognized university.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience working in a pharmacy setting.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Strong knowledge of medicines and pharmacy operations.
- Responsible, honest, and customer-friendly attitude.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Valid pharmacy registration or license is preferred.
- Full-time position with salary commensurate with experience and company policy.
- Monthly pay starting from Rs25,000.
- Work location is in person at one of the company’s branches.
