Imran Idrees Teaching Hospital (IITH), part of the Imran Idrees Group of Companies in Sialkot, is seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join its hospital pharmacy team. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a reputable healthcare and education environment, contributing to the safe and effective management of medications within the hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately in accordance with valid prescriptions.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of all medicines.
- Monitor inventory levels, expiry dates, and stock to maintain adequate supplies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pharmacy records and documentation.
- Collaborate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments on medication-related issues.
- Provide medication guidance to patients and healthcare professionals within the scope of practice.
- Ensure compliance with hospital pharmacy policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor controlled and high-alert medicines, maintaining necessary records.
- Support the safe and rational use of medicines throughout the hospital.
- Perform additional pharmacy-related duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:
- Pharm-D degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Pharmacy Council.
- Relevant experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medication dispensing, storage, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and maintain precise pharmacy records.
- Candidates based in Sialkot and male applicants will be given preference.
