The PhD Admissions Specialist role is a part-time, remote position focused on assisting prospective PhD applicants from their initial interest through to final application submission. This role involves conducting virtual consultations, evaluating academic profiles, and providing advice on program selection, application timelines, and scholarship opportunities. The specialist will support applicants in refining their research interests, crafting compelling statements of purpose, and preparing strong CVs and other application materials. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of applicant progress, responding promptly to inquiries, and collaborating on outreach efforts to attract new students. The position requires consistent, professional communication and a dedication to delivering high-quality, individualized support.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct virtual consultations with prospective PhD applicants to assess academic backgrounds and goals.
- Advise applicants on appropriate program selection, application timelines, and scholarship options.
- Assist in refining research interests and developing persuasive statements of purpose.
- Guide applicants in preparing strong CVs and other essential application documents.
- Maintain detailed records of applicant progress and communications.
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Required Qualifications
