This remote role, based in Asia with flexible working hours, involves designing sophisticated, domain-specific questions and solutions. You will create challenging problem sets that require deep reasoning and subject mastery, helping to improve machine learning models for some of the world’s largest brands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop complex and original question-and-answer pairs focused on advanced topics within your area of expertise.
- Design questions that require multi-step problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Provide detailed, clear, and academically rigorous solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance the quality of content.

Required Qualifications:
- Doctorate (PhD) degree in Creative Writing is essential.
- Strong proficiency in English writing, demonstrating excellent grammar, clarity, and the ability to explain complex concepts concisely.

Candidates will undergo a subject-specific qualification exam to assess suitability for the role, along with identity verification as part of the hiring process.

Payment and Benefits:
- Pay rates currently range from $8 to $10 USD per hour, with variation depending on expertise, assessment results, location, and project requirements. Higher rates may be offered to PhD holders.
- This is a contractual position offering the flexibility to work remotely within Asia.
