Phlebotomist

Mamji Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the procedure. Accuracy in documentation and adherence to safety protocols are essential to support our commitment to high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform blood collection procedures using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Ensure patient comfort and provide clear communication to alleviate any concerns during the blood draw.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all blood samples collected.
- Follow established safety and infection control protocols to protect patients and staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and efficient processing of specimens.
- Handle and label specimens correctly to prevent contamination or misidentification.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Phlebotomist is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of blood collection methods and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient care.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
