Photographer / Videographer

The Photographer / Videographer will be responsible for producing high-quality photography and broadcast-standard video content for PDA meetings, events, and interviews. This role involves capturing compelling imagery and footage to support social media, press releases, and Digital Nation Pakistan (DNP) initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the PR Liaison to ensure all visual content meets PDA’s quality standards and is delivered efficiently for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Capture professional photographs of PDA meetings, events, and engagements suitable for publication.
- Record high-definition video footage, including sit-down interviews using collar (lavalier) microphones to ensure clear audio capture.
- Deliver imagery and video content that meets PDA quality requirements, including HD stills with a minimum resolution of 48 MP for mobile captures, and video footage in at least 4K resolution. Proper lighting and subject posing are essential where necessary.
- Collaborate with the PR Liaison during events to manage shot lists, equipment setup, and adhere to turnaround times.
- Maintain a well-organized archive of all raw and edited media files for easy retrieval and future use.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film and Television Production, Media Studies, Photography, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in photography, with a strong portfolio focused on events and corporate settings.
- Demonstrated proficiency in video recording, including the use of collar microphones for interview audio.
- Experience working with professional camera gear, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
- Ability to edit and deliver content quickly and reliably while maintaining high quality.
- Strong organizational skills to manage media archives effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
